For players who are new to doubles or would like to improve their doubles tactics.

Doubles can be so exciting! There are various strategies to learn and practice.

Finish up the week in good ol’ doubles fashion!

Our Clinic-style programs are offered for juniors aged 6 years and older and are adapted to student’s ages and ability levels.

We start off with a warm up as a big group, and then divide into smaller groups where coaches run 55 minutes of dynamic drills, competitive hitting exercises and games.

At the end of each session - to maximize FUN and MOTIVATION, we play exciting group games with names like GLADIATORS, Stick-'um, Covered Wagon, Stations, Tennis Olympics, Plums, Defend the Fortress and Blood and Guts, to name a few.

Cancelled Classes: If classes are cancelled due to bad weather throughout the season, we have a full Juniors day of tennis planned in October (Date TBD)

Alternative Clinics:

Alternative clinics will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for those students who do not have Wednesday afternoons off from school and/or are in an apprenticeship

Mens’ and Ladies’ Night (M&LN) has always been one of the CTA’s most popular adult programs.

M&LN includes:

·      Group Warm-Up and Stretch

·      Dynamic Hitting Drills

·      Coach-Led Competitive Drills and Games

·      Hitting with the CTA Pros

·      Singles and Doubles Play

·      Fun and Exciting Group Games to finish off the Session

As always in the CTA, having fun, getting a great workout and learning how to play better tennis are our main objectives. And why not have a cold drink at the end of the session with the CTA Pros? Come out and give M&LN a try!
